Daimler is keeping busy these days by testing their upcoming SUVs, and we are referring to the 2012 Mercedes ML as well as its more powerful brother, the 2012 Mercedes ML63 AMG, both spied wearing black camouflage. The Swedish car maker has tested the Volvo C30 Electric in rough winter conditions in order to make sure that the battery powered hatch is able to run properly at temperatures a chilling as -20 degrees Celsius. Ford Sues Nissan over Tiida Commercial

Ford's Brazilian division has filed a lawsuit against Nissan Motor Co., after the Japanese automaker's local management team has created a commercial in which it criticizes the Blue Oval for charging its customers too much for the Focus hatchback.
