The 2012 Chevrolet Colorado is a midsize pickup truck featuring an extended cab body sitting on a high-stance AWD chassis, uses 20 inch wheels wrapped around off-road tires, and extracts power from a 2.8-litre turbo diesel plant for which output remains unspecified. | Audi A8L with LTE Broadband Connection Posted: 21 Mar 2011 06:05 AM PDT  The German automaker is presenting a prototype version of the Audi A8L (long wheelbase) featuring the LTE broadband Internet connection technology which is considerably faster than current 3G systems. The LTE technology which is close to being introduced on production series vehicles, offers data transfers speeds of up to 100 Mb/sec (similar to fixed-line connections), meaning that passengers will be able to stream music and hi-definition videos on up to six computers or mobile phone devices. | Nissan Murano Diesel review video Posted: 21 Mar 2011 05:02 AM PDT  FifthGear has tested the facelift version Nissan Murano Diesel which comes with a 2.5-litre dour-cylinder plant developing 190 PS and 450 Nm of torque. The Murano Diesel comes fitted with a six-speed automatic transmission equipped with Adaptive Shift Control as standard, but even though it appears to have plenty of torque, FifthGear says the Japanese SUV does not quite feel effortless enough, and it is also quite loud at the interior as well. It is called the BAC MONO, as a reference to its single seat configuration, and it was designed and created by Cheshire-born brothers Neill and Ian Briggs who have 15 years of experience in the motor industry and who wanted to bring Formula 1 handling and performance levels to the public road. With power provided by a longitudinally mounted normally-aspirated 2.3-litre Cosworth engine, the BAC MONO sends 280 bhp to the wheels via an electronically-controlled, paddle-shift, six-speed sequential Hewland transmission. This street legal monopost has a better power to weight ratio than a Bugatti Veyron (520 bhp per ton), sprints from nought to 60 mph in 2.8 seconds (0 to 100 mph in 6.7 seconds) and is capable of reaching a top speed of 170 mph. The 4.4-litre V8 twin-turbo engine from under the bonnet enables the G Power BMW X6M Typhoon S to produce 725 HP (533 kW) at 6,000 rpm and 890 Nm of torque from 1,500 rpm, which basically means it can accelerate from 0 to 100 Km/h in 4.2 seconds and reach a top speed of 300 Km/h. And here it is, the 2012 Mercedes C63 AMG Coupe which will premiere at the New York Auto Show in April and will go on sale in July 2011. Fitted with the new 6.3-litre V8 producing 457 HP (336 kW) and 600 Nm of torque (487 HP/358 kW with the AMG performance package), the 2012 Mercedes C63 AMG Coupe transforms power into performance through a 7-speed Speedshift MCT transmission which enables the two-door C Class to rocket from nought to 60 mph in 4.4 seconds and reach a top speed of 155 mph (electronically limited).
